Founded in 1986, the Laboratory for the Study of New Forms of Work, Innovation, and Change is a research and consulting center at ULiège focused on organizational innovation processes. Its multidisciplinary team conducts research, provides consulting, and offers support to organizations of all sizes, in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, in Belgium and beyond.

In particular, the Digital Lab has co-developed with LENTIC a research project on Industry 4.0 for SMEs.
